Register for member access

For member institutions and their official representatives. Use your institutional email. The Secretariat Office verifies every registration against the membership register, then sends the access key to your registered email.

Your request is ready below. Send it to communications@apse-m.org — either tap “Open in my email app”, or press “Copy request” and paste it into any email. You will receive your access key by email once your institution’s membership is verified.

Each member institution may register up to two official representatives, in accordance with the Membership Framework.

What member access includes

🔑 The full APSEM Charter (2026) — the foundational governance document of the Association.
🔑 The full Membership Framework (2026) — criteria, privileges, obligations, and procedures for all five categories.
🔑 The full Terms of Reference (2026) — conduct, procedures, and operating rules of the Association.
🔑 The full 2026–2028 Strategic Plan — goal, objectives, and the year-by-year work plan.
