The Association measures its work throughout the 2026–2028 term: a baseline capacity assessment of all 35 founding institutions in 2026, a mid-term re-measure in 2027, and a final verification in 2028 — together with the annual network-awareness survey. Published reports appear here.
Capacity Assessment
Full Capacity Needs Assessment of the 35 Founding Institutions
Sets each institution’s baseline level (1–5) across the assessed domains — personnel (instructors and administrative staff), systems, and resources. The baseline report will be published here once completed.
Survey
First Network-Awareness Survey
A short annual survey in which each institution names the other institutions it knows and what they offer — establishing the awareness baseline on which exchange and collaboration depend.
Knowledge Base
Sector Database and Knowledge Base of Member Institutions
A baseline database of member institutions, established to inform advocacy and planning across the sector.
Student-led research showcase
Through the collaborative research programme, students, faculty, and staff from different member institutions engage in collaborative research training, gain hands-on research experience, and generate research findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Final papers are showcased here with the authors’ consent.

Membership Framework (2026)
A supplementary document to the Charter — governed by Article Six.
Terms of Reference (2026)
Conduct, procedures, and operating rules of the Association.
2026–2028 Strategic Plan
Adopted under Charter Art. 4.6 and 17.7.
Document hierarchy
Charter ▸ Membership Framework ▸ Terms of Reference ▸ 2026–2028 Strategic Plan. On matters of conduct and procedure, the Terms of Reference prevail over the Membership Framework.
Where any conflict exists, the source document, and ultimately the Charter, governs.
